No bama, AU or Bulldogs drafted in the first round. Three schools w/no talent on the team.

Hey, LSU only had one. Whether or not a player goes in the first round rarely has anything to do with his talent. It has a lot to do with the needs of the teams and their draft philosophy. Very talented players can easily go in the second or even thrid round.

Well, look at FSU. They had 4 first round picks and they haven't exactly set the football world on fire the last few years. The draft is about the individual player, not the team.

This thread is rediculous. Doesn't make me feel bad at all.

I do know that a lot of teams missed out on a VERY talented LB in DeMeco Ryans. Texans were smart to nab him.

Also, what do you Saints fans think about drafting Roman Harper?

I remember that guy. Didn't he become a full time starter in 03? I guess he is good but the Saints could have used a LB.

Wroten had first-round talent and was getting first-round projections. His drug bust cost him millions.

Talent-wise, LSU had two first-rounders. But only one with good sense.
