What he did last year by getting the Hornets to the playoffs is unbelievable. He knows this area and would have instant credibility with local recruits and coaches. He is a fine man and a great coach. I'm sure he would be very receptive to the right offer. He's worth as much as any coach in college basketball.

    Only two problems...

    1. We have a coach already (unfortunately)
    2. He has agreed to be the USC coach in principle

We'd have to fire Brady...fast, and outbid USC. Good news is both are achievable :) Hopefully we hear more about #1 today or tonight.

    1. Brady is a gan pecan.
    2. I think that Floyd, with his family connections in Louisiana, would prefer the LSU job.

This would be awesome pay back for Usuck, the team most of us can't stand.
They were totally justified this year but last year was a crock of Chit.
This repeat stuff is just plain wrong!

God, I hope they get rid of Brady today so we could get Tim Floyd, I like that idea.

Strange you think Floyd is such a bad idea. He was a fine college coach, a mess in Chicago (where even Red Auerbach would have failed!), and then did pretty well (surprise!) in New Orleans.

he was .500 - now considering this year's team, that is good (although the entire starting 5 has been hurt this year). He was good at Iowa and UNO but I just feel like he is a has been.

Bully, you are obviously a bad poor judge of coaching. Tim Floyd is an excellent coach.
