is it my imagination or is the atkins diet starting to impact food prices?

this low carb diet craze is affecting prices at the register. has anyone noticed that beef, pork and chicken prices are creeping up? i'm not even sure that this low carb diet is that healthy since high protein can be hard on the kidneys. any of you tried this diet and if so did you like it?

Yeah that stupid ass diet is changing or adding to menus in restaurants and fastfood places everywhere.

I don't know one moron that has been on that diet and kept off the weight that they lost. That diet is such bull****. You don't just take something like carbs and remove it from your diet. Your body needs carbs.

Besides that, the diet doesn't teach you how to eat smart. That's why everyone gets fat again once they get off of it. I love to laugh my ass off at the morons that are always saying they need to get back on their atkins diet and lose the weight all over again. These people remind me of cattle. They are just as dumb.

If you can't eat smart and use common sense, then a person should check out the South Beach Diet. It teaches you how to eat smart without cutting some important food group completely out of your diet. No, I'm not on this diet. I don't need to diet. I eat smart. I do, however, agree with the South Beach diet.

    f atkins.
