Can one of you roster gurus tell me what the O-Line will look like next year? Depth?

Also, where do guys like KJ Malone, Fehoko Fenaika & Andy Dodd stack up?

    I'll hang up and listen.

I'm curious about Pocic. Guy is huge (6'7") and apparently very athletic. However, he's been the back-up center this year, and I have to wonder if he'll stay at that position. That seems really tall for a center, and I'd think you'd want the more athletic O-linemen at tackle. Anyone know what the plan is for him? He's supposed to be a monster, although I think it may have been his guy that hurt Zach's knee.

I just hope Washington is taking some ginseng this off season... Dude was good for at least 2 or 3 bonehead plays per game. If Collins stays the only lineman on the roster that is a SR. is Williford. What depth you have this year will only be improved next.

Porter should return as OC, I would like to see Turner also return, Alexander at the other OG, then with La'el talking about staying, only helps. The Hawk will be the other OT. Yep there is a chance that everyone returns, like I say, a chance.

At times this year Evan Washington came in an looked good. More on his Dad, so some bloodlines...

Also Pocic came in at times, still has a ways to go, but playing a few positions can only help him in the long run.

The depth after these looks to be very good, Boutte, Dodd, Austin, Fanaika, Edinburge and Malone will all have time to see what they can do in the Spring. We may see someone leave, you never know, a backup most times, think that they should be starting. On the incoming kids, get bigger and stronger, you have time and won't be needed this coming year.

The staff, we'll see. Gonna leave it at that.

Thanks, but don't go by everything I say.

I do see Hawk playing on Sundays, Porter has good size and speed, still needs work.

If he doesn't at least get some playing time, something is seriously wrong. Stud never substitutes on the OL unless someone is hurt. A talent like Pocic is wasted on the bench. A Junior college player like Fanaiko should be playing as well or we wasted a scholarship.

I would think if Collins leaves then Pocic would take the right tackle spot with Hawk moving over to LT. That said, if we can keep Collins and keep our current OL going into next season, with the addition of Fournette and Hill potentially staying could take a HUGE amount of pressure off a new starting QB and new starting WR's. Just my two cents as I have no insider knowledge.

Nothing personal but I would like to see Stud go. I was willing to give the guy a chance once he moved from sharing OC duties and OL coach duties but he has now had two years to exclusively coach our OL and I'm not sure he is on par with the rest of our coaching staff. Again, just IMO.
