Mostly just fluff. It still happens with hardly any repercussions that I can tell. Then again, I'm not a mod, so I have no visibility of what goes on behind the scenes.
It's a slippery slope. If we let the inmates run the asylum all we hear is how ugly it is. Step in and try to enforce a rule or two and now we are speech squashing nazis. Can't make you nuts happy. Guess it was too much to ask for you guys to at least act like you are old enough to drink.
