Hard to believe it's been 10 years since Saban left and Miles came... It's also hard to top eating grass for any Les Miles moment, but 2007 seems to be the center of the "Mad Hatter" universe. http://www.football.com/en-us/top-five-mad-hatter-moments/
My favorite moment was his press conference before the '07 SEC Championship. Love him or hate him, he loves LSU. "I am the head coach at LSU. I will be the head coach at LSU. I have no interest in talking to anybody else. I got a championship game to play, and I’m excited for he opportunity of my damn strong football team to play in it. "There will be no questions for me. I represent me in this issue. Please ask me after. I’m busy. Thank you very much. Have a great day.”
That isn't what he said. He said that it's been 10 years since Saban left and Miles arrived, which, of course, it has not been.
The article says he's 50-7 at home. Wow. I'd be interested to see who in CFB history beats that home win-loss ratio. It can't be too many.
