They made Dwayne Bowe look like the next Randy Moss. Not to mention they gave up over 300 yards passing in the spring game. I know we have a few players banged up but thank god Russell didn't play. On the other hand maybe Flynn and Perrilloux are ready. Three TD's for Bowe not bad. He could be all SEC or even AA w/those #'s. Perrilloux won the most improved player award so watch out. I can’t believe the sec player of the year is going to be third string.

Didn't both QB's have sub-50 completion %. If nothing else, that is the stat we should be looking at. If you throw enough passes, you're bound to get 300 yards. I'm happy with our starters, but we could use a little more depth.

Bowe made himself look like an All-American, not the corners (atleast that's what I heard). He's in for a phenomenal senior year & will finally have the break-out year we've been waiting for.

We have a lot of injuries at safety right now, but even still the QBs didn't exactly tear up our secondary. Our secondary should be fine for next season, with a freshman or two probably getting some action as well.

Perrilloux had 11 straight incompletions at one point during the spring game. He's shown a lot of promise but still needs to get down his timing with the receivers and has some of the playbook left to learn.

Perrilloux entered in the fourth series of the scrimmage and immediately drove the Tigers down the field for a 65-yard drive, culminating with a 30-yard rollout pass to Brandon LaFell.

He later engineered a 50-yard drive against the No. 1 defense, concluding with a 30-yard touchdown pass to Bowe in the corner of the endzone.

That's the optimistic side of it. It doesn't take away from the fact that he had 11 straight incompletions at one time. As I said, lots of potential but he isn't fully there yet. I think he'll be great when he gets his chance.

I think our Secondary is going to be really good.

Other things such as pass rush, etc. can make them look better/worse.

if he had 11 straight incompletions and was just a hair under 50%, he must have been going gang-busters the entire rest of the game
