NFL scouts are salivating over Mettenberger

And yes there are plenty of them at this game tonight.

Zach Mettenberger looks like a high first round draft pick to me.

There are very few at the collegiate level that can make the throws he is making in the manner he is making them.

It looks like kids play to me.

And the passes out in the flat to his running back while under duress, those may be the most impressive of all.

Name me a more prototypical QB right now at the collegiate level.

It's one thing to be 6'5" tall playing QB, it's quite another to be very talented and 6'5" tall.

Don't you think Mettenberger reminds you a lot of Joe Flacco?

Flacco went mid first round.

He played for a Div II school.

Matt Ryan went top 5 and had a "decent" college career.

 

I think you may be jumping the gun a little.....that's all.

He looks good. Big throws. Against UAB 2games into the season. I'm not ready to anoint him a 1st round pick and I'm damn sure not going to call him the #1 overall pick.
