Anyone hit his place up yet?

    Frankie's Dawg House

They got a mac & cheese dog....a fricking dog with mac & cheese and bacon on it….yeah I said BACON!

I was also wondering what the beer situation was over there.

I'm glad it's in my neighborhood, but cheese just doesn't work on hot dogs. Neither does bacon for that matter. Gimmicks to sell $5 hot dogs. A plain mustard dog with relish for 5 bucks? Get outta here!

Just wanted to give this place two thumbs up. Sure it's a bit pricey, but they are really good hot dogs. Even though they costs a bit, I'll be back with my family. My kids are picky and they devoured the hot dog I gave them. I had the Mad Hatter which was a hot dog topped with cole slaw.

Well, I checked it out and I don't think they are going to make it. $3 for a plain hot dog with mustard. $5 if you add anything to it at all. I like a mustard and kraut dog. That would be paying $2 for a pinch of sauerkraut. Not a chance, hoss.

So I got a loaded Chicago dog for the same $5. I was not impressed. The hot dog is nothing special, neither especially large, nor especially tasty. The tomatoes were green.

I returned yesterday and got a chili dog. It was like chili soup and completely soaked the bun making it impossible to eat without a fork.

I will not be returning, I cannot recommend this joint.

i never thought of cole slaw on a hot dog, but it sounds good. however, if im gonna do that it would be cheaper to just get a small tub of cole slaw at the store and make my own.

i wonder how mustard potato salad on a hot dog would be?

??? Cheese doesn't work on a hot dog? That is like sayign cheese doesn't work on a grilled cheese sandwhich. And bacon can be paired with any other meat or meat by-product. Bacon is so awesome it even tasts good in ice cream.

Cheese doesn't work on a hot dog. Yuck. It's a heart attack on a bun anyway, you must really crave fat calories.

I said I would try it once because one of the guys involved in it is in my running club. Haven't been yet, but I checked out the menu and some of the dogs are kinda strange for my taste.

Mac and cheese on a hot dog scares me.

Who eats a hotdog for the dietary value? The things are barely even food.
