Welp. Didn't think that I'd be saying this so early in the season, but this one is a must win. We have alot riding on this game. A big win can give us a little morale and maybe even a little swagger. A loss could be devastating making the Saints almost a shoe-in to be labeled a one hit wonder.

    I'll save the prediction.

    We need this one.

I will be at that game.

I don't expect us to lose.

I have to agree that's its a must win, especially if we hope to win the division and not have to play on the road in the playoffs.

With the exception of the Patriots and maybe one or two other teams, history shows that a majority of Super Bowl champs don't even make the playoffs the following year. I believe most of it is due to attrition/injuries and the fact that you're getting max effort from every team you play.

Hopefully, Stinchcomb and Carl Nicks get their a$$es in gear. Both have played below average this year. I remember one story from training camp where Payton made Nicks practice with the 2nd team because of poor effort. Maybe he needs to start some backups to get their attention.

Jahri Evans has played the worst of all our linemen, based on what they get paid.

He must be up to about 7 or 8 penalties called on him in the first 5 games.

I don't think he had 3 penalties called on him all last season.

Damn overinflated contract. More times than not it doesn't work out.

I seem to see the return of that swagger...somewhat. I think the rest of that swagger returns as we get healthy, just in time for the playoffs.

Sooo...when PT and RB return, what happens. You'd think we keep Jones and Ivory (obviously) and cut Betts??

Those 4 RBs make a pretty sick back field!!
