Is it just me or did the kid look huge. He has definitely filled out. He started in the slot and played the whole game there. And he looked GOOD....both running routes and blocking down field. This group of receivers can be the best group LSU has ever had.....and Dupre hasn't even seen the field yet.....Matt Flynn running this offense with THESE receivers....it would be a cakewalk to the CFP.....

Not next to John Diarse he didn't. Quinn looked good though, he had one ball he should have caught, but it would have been a tough grab. Damn Diarse is big. Diarse looked like a damn Dwayne Bowe/Jarvis Landry hybrid. But Quinn could be huge, a real game breaker like Lance Moore was when he was on his game. I think he belongs in the slot.

I will say with those guys and Dupre? My worries about us having some wr threats immediately disappeared. If Jennings can keep calm and deliver? It will be a fun next 3 years.

I thought Diarse was a TE when I first seen him.

Great receivers are one thing but gotta have someone that can get 'em the ball!

My father in law saw him play a lot in HS. Said he was truly amazing- which his numbers speak for without saying. He's gonna be gone after his jr year so enioy while you can.

I watched more film of him then any other athlete being recruited in my life. I guess partly because when you catch that many balls & score so many TD'S there is an awful lot of highlights:)

Anyway I love this guy, his downfield blocking was so tenacious, the best I had ever seen in high school, reminded of Michael Clayton at LSU. Quinn was a super star with a lunch pail mentality.

Quinn also made that one handed catch on a ball thrown behind him a lot of receivers would have dropped.......it looked routine and smooth for him.
