Another positive--LSU already has four touchdown plays on offense this season of 30 yards or longer. If we can run consistently, then nobody can double all of our receivers. If we can sustain drives better, Crowton can set up big plays for big playmakers like Shepard, Ridley, and Randle.
Well, maybe. I dont have enough info the reach such a conclusion. The flip side of your statement is "you can't put in what the good Lord left out." This may be a scenario where no Qb coach anywhere could get JJ playing better.

Murphy didn't get many carries but he had two long runs and the block that sprung Shepard on the 30-yard TD. He's doing alright. That high hurdle over the defender was beautiful, but it's going to get him hurt someday.
