I know it's a crazy thought - but would it be possible?

If so - which NFL team?

I think they could beat the undefeated '72 Dolphins. Most of those guys are in their 60s now.

No. The NFL doesn't allow physical football anymore.

I say no NFL team would lose to the best college team of all time. In the few areas where that college team has a weakness, it would be exploited. For example, one lineman getting run over continually on the O line would lose a game for you.

Years ago, college all stars who were drafted would play the past season's champion in the first exhibition game. Granted, the all stars only had a week or so to practice, but these were by and large the first and second round selections in the draft...i.e., best of the best. I don't know the exact results, but the all stars won much less than 10% of the time.

Not a chance! By age alone, with young guys in their late teens/twenties vs their more bulked up, stronger 25-30 y/o men, the LSU guys would be flattened/dismembered in general. There would be a few one-on-one's that would maybe beat their man, but as a team? Nah!

Apologies! Not trying to hijack this thread, but are these posts more instructive than the ones the admins don't want us posting, such as links to other, rival, boards? I for one think that finding out what rival fans have to say about us and their team, and how they view ours, is more instructional than some new iteration of 'fantasy football.'

    Again, apologies!
