It's incredible when you think about it.

    Really happy for that kid.

    He deserves it.

Agreed RG3 hands down. The guy put a very bad team and made them a top 25 team all by himself. Dont believe it look at Baylor's record when he is not their QB.

That guy is a stud and throws one of the best deep balls I have seen in years.

I dream of him being our QB. Can you imagine what this team would be like had RG3 been our QB the last two years.
    Wow....

RG III is awesome and by most accounts a great guy. Good for him.

The thing that most people don't realize about him is that he's a true scholar-athlete. Not only is he one of the top QB prospects in the nation, but he also has a 3.68 GPA. He's also the best deep passer in the nation. Deadly accurate.

He seems like a good kid and I hope he wins it.

Yep, even though people took it as being cocky when he said Baylor has their first Heisman winner, he only talked about the TEAM, not himself.

He is humble. He is extremely smart and well spoken. He is a class act. He will kill it in the NFL.

I would take him as 1st on my board of QBs.

How did RGIII land up at Baylor? Seriously, did Mackie Brown give him the stiff arm at Texas?

    that's a good question

just to think, people in austin could probably hear the roar of the crowd every time the QB scored for the home team this year

    This!

For FAR TOO LONG, the award simply went to the "flashiest" player on the team that was either #1 team or highly ranked.....and I always thought it to be BS.

If RGIII wins it, they've finally gotten it right in years!

I don't think he even got a scholarship offer from UT or A&M.
