A scout I know thinks the Saints take Landry in the second, don't know if he will be there

With Lance Moore gone that sure could be a possibility. Landry and Brees both like to work in tight places. I could see JL making some incredible catches of Drew's passes.

What I see in the draft for LSU Players.

    #27 OBJ gone.
#58 Mett and Hill gone, maybe a shot with Landry, but if they start a run with WR's.
#91 By this time, OBJ, Mett, Hill and Landry are gone. They next LSU player up, Loston. He should be gone by the end of the Third round. Too many teams need a Safety.

Just a guess. Some of the teams, trying to move down.

Maybe they can trade Ingram to move up....

Why does Charles Davis keep repeating that Murray beat out Mett at Georgia? Hasn't it been reported that Mett won the job but was suspended due to the incident in the club... not a big deal but seems like he always uses that to justify picking between the two...

I think Mett will end up good on this one.

They were pretty even when Mett got booted. Mett had the golden arm and Murray had better knowledge of the offense. I agree though that bringing that up constantly is foolish. How good these guys project to the NFL makes anything that happened 5 years ago pretty irrelevant.

Some have Hyde the top RB this year, not me. I like Hill. Both played against Iowa, look at the stats. Hyde 149yds/ Hill 217. YPC Hyde 6.2/ Hill 7.7

At 6'1" 233#'s, there aren't many that size in this years draft and can run the 40 like him. As always, still lots of tread on the tires, just like all LSU Backs. Has some moves in the open field, lots of power. Can catch, run and block, the complete back. Has been called in by a number of NFL teams.
