O and other coaches tried to tell him he was making a decision too early on this and didn't understand his reasoning for leaving especially having to sit out an a year. That tells me that his grades weren't the main issue and I have not heard of him being a bad student or not. We tried but what can you do when someone is dead set on leaving. He liekly wouldn't of earned a starting spot next year and we have some younger guys coming in so who knows if he would of ever made it to significant playing time.

HS recruit rankings are turning into an annual, "Biggest Bust" storyline. Maybe 10 guys a year ANYONE could figure out and 100 that get developed correctly.
