Troy is a team full of good players that were academically ineligible for power conference teams. I wonder how many players they send to the pros though. I think 54....but that's hard to believe. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/schools/troy/
Notice how expectations are being lowered quickly and the fans don't even notice. You put out the memo our talent sucks and losing to miss st by 30 is ok. Then losing to troy from the sunbelt conference is rationalized. No its way deeper than talent. We were down 24-0 in our stadium on our homecoming after state had embarrassed us while Syracuse was close. a legit coach and everyone and everything looks completely different. This team has a losers mentality. They've yet to show up and that's on the HC. We'll minus the byu game. Of course theres infighting. Any team on any level failing expectations by this much will have unrest. Time for the coach to lead and players to step up. The excuses are for losers.
It's pitiful isn't it. You know, not winning the SEC West this year, losing to Alabama, thats excusable, you could make the argument that we lack depth, and experience. Losing to Troy at home, blown out by MSST who has gotten their own asses kicked by Auburn and UGA, it's inexcusable. We are fucked and the head coach is lying at press conferences, saying his philosophy on recruiting Juco's is hope and Pray, and doing the very thing he said he wouldn't. Meddle with the offense. But it's all good because "I was born and raised here just like y'all". Fuck, we are fucked dude because he ain't going nowhere, so unless a magical snake whose venom turns shit head coaches into great ones attacks Orgeron and bites the shit out of him a lot, it's cellar city for us for us.
Umm... Who in the fuck thought this? "LSU was supposed to finally challenge Alabama for the SEC West title in the first year under Ed Orgeron."
