Every year I re-read the Constitution around this time. With Kindle, it's always there. Find something interesting every single time.

i am reading "common snsen" by glenn beck.

just kidding. i actually saw this guy for the first time on tv today and i really am surprised by what a miserable jerk he is. i mean, i knew he was, and that is his job, but he is truly a spectacular jerkass.

i am reading "the sportswiter" by richard ford. i am trying to pretend like i am classy guy that reads award-winning fiction. yunno, real "literature". i dunno if i am smart enough though. might have to go back to books about baseball.

So Bandit, how's the Kindle thing working out for you? I've considered buying it but noone I know can recommend it. Are you happy with it?

After reading the first Cormac McCarthy book, I'm hooked. I just ordered the rest of them. I highly recommend this guy, he's real. The first I read was "The Road". Unbelievably good.

    "what is your dangerous idea?

a decent book about politically incorrect ideas that scientists have.

    "the urban hermit"

a genuinely terrific book about a dude who gets fat drinking and partying and being awesome, so he eats nothing but lentils and keeps to himself. maybe the funniest thing i have read in years.
