Be cautious in those regions ... Be in good company when you visit the Basin towns as they don’t take kindly to outsiders trolling for their women... There’s been many a fool disappearing in that basin who’s only crime was trying to grease his wick

Me, I done slain a lot of poon in areas like Simmesport and Hackberry. Nothing turns me on more than a sun burnt bitch, in white boots, coming back from a morning of running hoop nets or crab pots. Hot dam!

They let you into Hackberry? More importantly, how in the hell did you get out?

We used to have a camp there on Alice’s Lake Breeze when I was in middle/high school. Right across front of Terry Shaunesy’s hunting and fishing lodge.

I can remember driving back on I-10, on Sundays, while my dad slept- I was 13. Times have changed.

A good friend of mine dated and eventually married a girl from Hackberry. We played them a couple of times in football. Like you, I hunted & fished there. That was a long, long time ago. I-10 didn't exist when I was 13. It was driving on country roads and occasionally on Highway 90.
