Pointing to a game where your QB actually being sacked was instrumental because it ruled him down and kept him from being worse and committing the game ending turnover to brag on him.. yikes. Burrow took that game and became a Heisman winner. Mond took that 74-72 game and finished up the following year not breaking 100 yards passing in either of his final two games.
I think after tonight the Bengals gonna have to think long and hard about whether they'll take Burrow or Mond.
The real controversy was him clocking the ball with less than 3 seconds remaining, which is not allowed. Game should have declared over.
