Thought this thread would include Cecil Collins.

LSU is destined to the Cotton.

Well looking at the chances of us getting to the SECCG... I see why they put us there. I mean, where else could we go? Could we get a BCS bid with 2 losses?

cotton it is. again. nothing like an overcast 10 am game on a rainy, cold morning.

  6. I still hold out hope for the Citrus, Outback or even Peach. Funny how we all would have done anything a few short years ago to get into the Cotton since it was a New Years Day game. Now the thought of it sucks.

I'm not sure that I completely understand this... how could we get Outback bowl - that's supposed to be SEC number 3 from the East. Why would we want Peach? That's 4th in the SEC. And I don't see a Citrus Bowl on there. Who plays in that?

  8. Youre probably right about the Outback, I cant remember any SEC west teams going there. The Peach would be a demotion but I think we have better karma at that game. We would be a long shot for the Citrus but I hear we would be eligible.

Although the Cotton isn't what we hoped for at the start of the season, its still a successful season especially for a rebuilding year. Plus, its very close and inexpensive for students like myself.

I think a rematch with Texas or a renewal of the old Texas A&M-Franchione rivalry would be fun. But, didn't the Cotton Bowl start a 1pm last year? Now, they moved it back to freakin' 10am. THAT SUCKS!
