My UL connection told me 2 days ago he thought Lacey would commit. He also thinks Citizen will commit too. Said Lacey is the real deal.
6’2”, 220, played in 11 games as a true freshman with a bunch of pass breakups. Seems like a good cover OLB. He’s got 3 years left, should be a contributor. He’s probably better than almost any high school kid coming in.
