Hunter's case isn't a RICO case. Joe Biden was never accused of any crime, much less indicted for one. Joe's not under investigatin. So there is really no way Hunter would flip on Joe. Joe hasn't done anything wrong. The difference is that Trump's attorney's are getting plea deals for their testimony against Trump.

I never said Hunter was innocent. I've been quite clear that he is guilty of tax charges and a gun application charge. He made a plea agreement for those charges. Trump's people are admitting their guilt in the conspiracy and they are receiving lesser sentences for doing so. This is classic RICO prosecution. Trying to compare the two just show how little you know about our legal system, much less some purported bias that you always point to.

Exactly. That laptop has been thoroughly investigated and run through every kind of cryptographic means possible and yet there is still no evidence of money laundering, bribery or human trafficking. He was not charged with human trafficking, not even close. You don't get to define what constitutes human trafficking.
