That actually looks pretty good.... ...although I do Love our regulular uni's,and I do know our traditon,I would rather the Tigahs wear purple jerseys at home.

the trend with many schools toward having an alternate jersey is for sales purposes... there are people out there who will buy every jersey that their favorite team is willing to put out... that why the NBA teams have 30 jerseys each now... thats why the NFL keeps their throwback jerseys around...

I love our uniforms, especially the purple jerseys because when I was at LSU we wore purple at home and by the way were very successful. Personally I don't give a crap what uniform the Tigers wear as long as LSU wins. That's one of the many things I loved about Nick Saban...he did away with all those ridiculous old myths about day games, purple jerseys, on TV...blah blah blah. It shouldn't matter if the TIGERS are playing in pink jerseys at high noon on every network imaginable....as long as they WIN they can play in whatever they feel like.
According to my schedule poster, the tenn game was suppose to be the gold game. I guess it got bumped for the Barners.
the "gold game" was meant for the fans to wear gold to the game.....but with everything going on it was forgotten. TM, LSU will most likely be wearing white.
