Do you live in some fairyland where everyday is full of ****$ and giggles and the Tigers fart roses? Miles, Saban, Pelini (See Tirk), Fisher.......they all make mistakes and there are times to be criticized. I say it like Nick and Ditka......this game is not nearly as complicated as everybody wants you to think it is. You block, tackle, throw, catch and run. You either block the guy in front of you and you succeed or you don't. If we don't succeed, I blame the coaches always because it is there to job to prepare them. Saban didn't make excuses, Miles isn't either. If they continue to misfire this much on offense, turn the ball over, have penalities like they were, it'll catch up to them at some point. That's all. I don't want Fisher dead, just to correct the mistakes before they really do cost us. And I find it kinda hard to jump up and down over us winning because Auburn missed 5 kicks and one in overtime. If that's satisfying to you then have fun with it.
That's what I said.......that is the same post I made Sat. night. Same thing dude.....you just knee-JERK react to everything said about our team. I said Auburn has a good defense. But it's Fisher job to beat them. If he doesn't do that then yes, he needs to be criticized for it. That's his job.
Those are misprints obviously............Oh, did say Chiefs? I meant the old Browns. We played at the Polo grounds....before Jim Brown was there. My tenure would have been different if I had had Jim Brown.
For the third time , Saban is now coaching a team of professional well paid players. It is the players job to perform to their maximum every time out. It's a business. Saban won't put up with these guys not earning their paycheck on every down. The college game is a whole different kettle of fish. SabanFan is the name I chose in 2002 while he was still the coach at LSU. Don't read too much into it except that it's my name here and I don't want to change it. Damn, do you whiners get mad about everything ?

Saban said the same things here. He was not at all happy after beating Kentucky....because we didn't beat Kentucky. Like he said, we won on some lucky-a$$ play. Just like last Sat. night. We won on some lucky-a$$ kick hitting the upright. It certainly wasn't our dominating performance. We won....now move on, feel lucky about it and not at all satisfied with the way we played. You sound satisfied.
