eh... i don't live in baton rouge anymore, so all I hear from my dad is how the local media gives him a hard time....

    maybe they dont?

They did give him a hard time, when our defense sucked. I don't think they do it much anymore, although probably a little because he refuses to speak to them.

Nope, I'm not that clever. I meant that they don't really give him a hard time anymore.

    Contained Chaos Don't we all?

I know he's accomplished a lot here, but I sure as hell won't lose any sleep if Jimbo leaves.

I don't think Bo is HC-ready just yet, personally.

He's not going anywhere unless someone wants him as a HC.

Is that possible? Sure it is, especially if LSU wins the SEC and the Sugar Bowl this season.

I doubt his stock could rise any higher after a Sugar Bowl title, so I'd imagine he'd entertain solid, serious offers. Perhaps he learned a true lesson after the Tenn game--if necessary, coach to the talent, not to a set scheme--which, IMO, makes him a better coach overall at the end of this seaon than he was at season's start.

Decks, you really think UNC is a job worth taking if you're considered a rising star DC like Pelini? From where I sit, UNC is a basketball school in a tough football conference and very little history of success. Mack did it, but not as a 1st time HC.

I'd think Pelini would want to go somewhere a little more conducive to success, being that he'd be a 1st time HC. Just my two cents worth...

Where's the "1 more year, then he'll get a HC job" option?
