Re: Bama and FSU No Longer After Fisher The original offer was $450,000 but it came with a buyout that Jimbo did not want. He may have taken a cut to eliminate the buyout clause, but 215K seems very low. Jimbo wants to be a head coach and if he gets the right offer next year, he doesn't need to be saddled with a buyout.
If we want to make a run at the NC next year, then we should go for the more experienced guy. Like, oh, IDK, Al Borges? J/k, Barners.
