Michael Bloomberg running for president will take away from her base also, her strongest support.

The republicans screwed up so much the last 8 years that it'll take a miracle for them to hold the White House. It'll take a major screwup by the dems to lose in '08.

No third party candidate will win the White House anytime soon. Bloomberg is closer to a republican than democrat, so he'll likely hurt the republicans. Either way, our political system just doesn't give a third party candidate a fighting chance. Both the dems and reps will target him if he chooses to run.

Americans are angry at both parties in Congress. Reps had their chance and blew it. Americans will hold them responsible, even if they don't think the other party is any better.
