  2. Ain't it the truth! My dear old Mom voted for Clinton and for Bush because they were better looking than their rivals. They looked like "nice young men".
  3. She wasn't the only one who thought that way. It's one reason the BC camp played the line carefully. They allowed some of his escapades to leak out cause it made him look like a playa'. Always careful though to keep Hillary on board so he didn't appear to be a total rat. Didn't always work to perfection.

For me the "vast right wing conspiracy" appearance on TV was her lowest moment. She sank too low to ever get off the floor. Someone should have handed her a sponge and told her to keep wiping.
  4. I agree. I wonder how W is able to speak at all.
  5. LOL

  8. All this talk about Hillary being the next president is nonsense.
I said it I believe, 2 years ago, she has no chance at being the next president.

Michael Bloomberg running for president will take away from her base also, her strongest support.
Can you say the Ross Perot affect on the opposite side.
Numbers don't lie, as bad as Bush is the Democrat congress still has lower ratings than Bush.

Oh and one more thing, George Bush isn't running next year!
  9. The republicans screwed up so much the last 8 years that it'll take a miracle for them to hold the White House. It'll take a major screwup by the dems to lose in '08.

It's either her or one of the other dem candidates. Take your pick.

No third party candidate will win the White House anytime soon. Bloomberg is closer to a republican than democrat, so he'll likely hurt the republicans. Either way, our political system just doesn't give a third party candidate a fighting chance. Both the dems and reps will target him if he chooses to run.

Americans are angry at both parties in Congress. Reps had their chance and blew it. Americans will hold them responsible, even if they don't think the other party is any better.

  10. I still think Gore will enter the race late and take Hillary and Barrack's candy away. The Dems can't afford to let a moderate Republican slip in because of residual reluctance to put a black or a woman in that particular office.
