Peveto has given us a rundown of the players in position to return punts and kicks to start the year. I am little surprised LaFell is on that list but I dont see them in practice everyday. Looks like we will be seeing Jones all over the field this year. http://www.2theadvocate.com/sports/9366911.html
While in the past we didn't see a lot of excitement in the kick return game, I am looking forward to seeing what kind of differences we'll see on the field with the movement of the kick-off yard line. I expect, some game changing plays throughout the year.
I think we'll be seeing our best players on special teams this season. No one can afford to let reserves getting PT ruin their field position.
man, I hope so, anyone else worry about VT on special teams? Especially early in the year, I'd feel better if we had some film on them for this year/
I have asked, and have not been given an answer yet...how many punts did we have blocked last year using the "punt ugly" formation? I remember zero.
I worry about EVERY game but the good news is the coaches have 1 extra day to prepare for VT,and the other good news is that it is being played in the most intimidating venue in college football. "The Time Is Now".:thumb:
yup, I think it was zero, maybe i worry way to much, but it just seemed like we lived on the ragged edge.
