VaTech vs ECU Game Thread

ECU's strategy is to get as many false start and holding penalties as it takes to allow the Hokies to win.

 

Maybe like in the Longest Yard at Halftime the VaTech President went and threatened to have Micheal Vick hold captive the ECU coaches dog if they did not throw the game

 

The most telling statistic for me so for in this game is that VA TECH has ammased a total of 8 rushing yards with 3:00 min left in the third.

And their O-line is getting dominated, as the low rushing total and constant pressure on the QB indicates.

That is not a good sign when you are making a visit to Death Valley next week.

 

LOL, we want VT to win today anyway, that way next week's win will be all the sweeter!

 

I know we do, but it is so hard to not pull for the underdog

 

VT only 8 yards rushing? That is a good sign.

 

well, obviously I want to see them win this game because an 0-1 VT team, probably dropped out of the top 20 will not be good for us.

Plus, if ECU pulls out an upset, those are gonna be some very pissed-off Hokie players next week...

 

I cannot help it....In my heart I am pulling for ECU. I know it's not best for us though. Hell if we run the table it does'nt matter though:yelwink2:

 

I'm waiting for one of the talking heads to mention that VT is not playing like a top 10 team.

 

You will have to wait for weekday conversations for that. Today is all about the memorial.
