You're absolutely right about the polls. Being ranked where we are allows us to enjoy this season as fans. In previous years, we have always had to worry too much about what those in front of us were doing. If we win, we're in.

It is pretty surreal to be honest... Especially when App State didn't get past our 50 yard line last year. They played us tough and didn't quit like some teams do, but damn Big Blue...
This is hilarious- it's the "Official Michigan Game thread" from a Michigan forum. Wanted to make it a thread but it has some strong language. You can literally feel the mood changing as the chit comes unglued. http://mbd.scout.com/mb.aspx?S=162#s=162&f=2019&t=926237&p=1
Les Miles has a buy out clause in his contract for only Big Blue. I don't know if he will leave the great situation he is in now, but I have to believe that his heart is still maise and blue.
You DO realize that Miles is likely going to get a BIG pay increase from LSU following this season, right? And WHY would Miles want to go to Michigan when he ALREADY has a championship caliber team HERE?! It's NOT like we're Louisville, where we reach BCS games because of the smoke-and-mirrors due to a weak conference....WE ARE IN the same class as Michigan when it comes to revenue and how much we can afford to pay coaches.
If I am Miles, I stay right where I am and win as many championships as possible. I hope he feels the same way.
