Easy there people. If these charges turn out to be true, I'm sure CLM will handle it appropriately. If we only learn one thing from Duke lacrosse, let's learn not to rush to judgement.

Isn't there a way that we could kick him out, but not allow him to join another team? It seems like I've heard of this before. You screw us, we screw you Odom. Break a leg pal...no really, break a leg.

It's one thing to rush to judgement about a first offense. But this is his second brush with the law and he was JUST reinstated on the team. Kid needs to grow up and quit acting stupid.

If Coach Miles makes an example of dumping him, few quality programs will want the bad press of taking a risk on him, I'm guessing. Kid is a head case - I'm guessing there's some sort of substance abuse involved, as well. Sober future star linebackers - generally - don't throw it all away.

Exactly what I was thinking. Something chemically imbalanced with this guy.

Odom is history. He learned nothing from his last incident, and Les should have sacked him just as quick as he did the other troublemakers. Now he's just gotten LSU more bad press. The guy is an idiot and a thug, let him go cause trouble at some other school. Nick likes to give troublemakers a second chance. Please . . . take Odom.

LSU has everything going for them. Why would these young men ruin being in one of the top 3 college football programs in the country? How many kids have grown up dreaming of playing in the SEC and not being able to? How many students would love to get a free ride and the chance to do something they love for it?...some don't understand how lucky they are.

My generation suffers from something that affected previous generations, but to a much greater degree than even previously imaginable: a sense of entitlement.

The idea of having to work for anything is beyond many of our comprehension. I must admit that I suffered from this delusion of grandeur as well.

Odom seems like a thug and he needs to go. He can go back to Jackson St and play for them. If he cannot handle himself off the field, how can we expect him to play with discipline on the field?
