IF Syracuse beats ND IF USC beats Oregon State IF OU beats Kansas State IF LSU beats Georgia IF Boise State beats Hawaii AND IF Bowling Green beats Miami(OH) Will LSU go to the Sugar Bowl?
From what I've been reading, yes - that would be the ideal outcomes of all of those games (other than the USC-Oregon State one, of course).
NO!!!!!!!!!!!!! It doesn't matter if LSU wins 100-0! USCum play a much tougher schedule! If you don't believe me ask anyone of the voters that doesn't know jacksh!t about football!
OSU needs to keepp it close. A big USC win wil hurt, IMO. I'm not depending on those other games. The AP will place us ahead of USC if we put on a show this weekend. The AP would love to make the BCS even more interesting. Plus another 15 voters have already said they would vote LSU # 2 if we beat UGA in their backyard. we need to beat UGA by about 14 or more to convince a few others.
