I'm on an LSU campus computer. THEY'VE BLOCKED THE CAMPUS IP ADDRESSES. :rofl:

And as to why I'm not attending the game:
It's not that I'm afraid that we'll lose to them. Not even a little. I'm more afraid of wasting the gas and $40 I'd spend when I could watch the game on TV and eat with friends and watch other games. Our scout team could put a hole in them the size of Texas. Onelame = goobers.

 

If there was any doubt about delusional tulane fans, this post from their board will prove it beyond any doubt. This is the post, the whole post - nothing deleted. It does not appear to be tongue-in-cheek or anything of that ilk:

Riiiiight. It has nothing to do with the fact that playing and destroying these saps for the 4,000th consecutive time is a complete and utter waste of resources. Largest attendance in history versus a then top-10 VT, but we're scared of a football program that recently almost went extinct. Ok. Judging from this line of reasoning, Tulane education is clearly the biggest ripoff in Louisiana.

Now this is a good point. Clearly, the Katrina looters are far better people than us...particularly the ones that shot at rescue helicopters. We're definitely several cuts below those guys.

 

As a follow-up to the Tulane posters who say LSU has too many criminals on the team, let me remind them that it's not the number of arrests, but the QUALITY of the arrests that matters. Which means that tulane "wins" with this entry:

Wow. I hadn't hear about that. Pretty sad when your players can go around trying to kill people and it only makes it on a Lafayette news station.

 

I think they're just banning certain email sites like hotmail, yahoo, excite. I tried all of those and then gave them my coxmail address and was accepted. Of course I've now got to wait on an administrator to OK my account.

In addition to being snobs, they're also paranoid. :grin:

 

Can you imagine what it would be like today if Tulane had not opted to leave the SEC? Talk about having problems getting respect............

 

They rejected my gmail account but I got accepted with a cox account. Now I'm waiting for approval from an Admin.

 

Ya know, I had some Tulane fans sitting behind me last season (complete with the obligatory Reggie Bush jerseys), and on our first drive of the game they kept saying "Look at them, they're scared of us! Hahaha!"... Of course, when it was 42-0 at the end of the 3rd, I couldn't help myself. I turned around and said "Yeah, we look really scared don't we?"

By this time they had piped down a bit, and they left shortly after.. but what an annoying bunch they were.
