Since you brought Kentucky into the question, I'll respond by saying that NOBODY will not take a top 10 team seriously.

I agree that Auburn right now may be the better team. But emotions and the crowd factor especially in the SEC make a difference on the road.

Plus, considering our game last year with those barners no way we lose.

auburn. good defenses will give LSU more problems than good offenses.

all of em. bama, auburn, ky.... because its the sec and anything can happen. after all the upsets last week, even tho i believe we can win every game, i also believe that if anything is not up to par, all bets are off.

to me, it's one game at a time and each one has the potential to make or break the season.

This makes perfect sense, but only through week 3: Auburn 1-2, Bama 3-0. But since then: Auburn 2-0, Bama 0-2. The tables have turned. Different teams respond differently to level of confidence; and as I was trying to get across on another thread, this is where coaching is critical. This is the intangible. How to regulate and use confidence positively. Too much or too little can be equally dangerous. Auburn players are saying in their pressers that since they 'handled' Florida, they will have no problem with Vandy. And they should be right...but 'not so fast my friend'. On the other hand, watching all the on-field frustration from the Bama players with the QB or o-line or whoever, they lost confidence in that game in my opinion. Is Saban the X-factor that can revive lost confidence to beat a very effective and possibly underrated explosive C-USA team? Did we see that from him in his early days here? Has CLM been in similar situations since, or has the superior talent-level tilted the scales in his favor?

BAMA, because these are Saban's kids and he knows exactly what they will do.
