Generally hate is pointless. But there are reasons --- for one thing, Nick couldn’t just acknowledge that he started something and Les has taken that base and built on it. Instead Nick very publicly took credit for everything LSU has accomplished since he waffled around about whether or not he was going to leave for Miami. For the 45 who can't read this. If you can read this, you have a strange mind too. Can you read this? Only 55 of a 100 people can. I couldn't believe that I could actually understand what I was reading. The phenomenal power of the human mind, according to a research at Cambridge University, it doesn't matter in what order the letters in a word are, the only important thing is that the first and last letter be in the right place. The rest can be a total mess and you can still read it without a problem. This is because the human mind does not read every letter by itself, but the word as a whole. Amazing huh? LSU wasn't a rival 20 years a go, but you can bet your last dollar they are today. It doesn't have the history that the Tennessee or Auburn games have but this game is just as important to winning the West and eventually a SECCG. I have nothing but respect for Miles and Saban and for that matter LSU, its not called Death Valley just because its hot.
That's good to hear. I have nothing but respect for Alabama and its program. I would not want to be a fan in any other conference in college football. I grew up in the SWC in Texas. The great rivalries of Texas/Texas A&M and Texas/Arkansas were tremendous. But nothing holds a stick to what is happening in the SEC right now.
This is my point. What did he say? I can promise you,as i have been there, he has spoken VERY kindly about LSU this week, even as dumb**** reporters have tried to provoke him.
I agree i just hope that the venom and hate that gets spit out on message boards stays on those message boards this weekend.
Saban is like a girlfriend who dumps you, then dates one of your worst enemies. You're left feeling like, "You could have dated anybody else, but you pick this guy? You bitch!"
Yeah. I bet that feels good to you too....since here lately (except for Arky last year) it has been LSU and Auburn that had SEC West Champion written all over it. Luckily for you guys you haven't played them yet, because they would have already beaten you and this "important" game wouldn't be as important as you think it is.
Nick is smart enough to not give our guys any bulletin board material. Wait to see how much class he shows after the game.
