Thanks, Wally is what College Baseball is all about. He was, and will be a symbol of all that is good in this sport. Every time I see a seeing eye single, or a ball take a weird bounce, I think of him.

You need the media tags around it with the brackets [ ] before link ([ bracket)media(] close bracket) after link ([ bracket) /media(] close bracket) My fav is the last replay showing PM holding the players back, then just standing there taking in the scene as the players fly by him. Close to tears for me watching that moment, not ashamed to say.
watching that does not get old. i have the feeling i am going to keep watching that again and again and again..... its amazing at the speed those boys were hauling ass. to have all three runners in the base path between third and home at one point, it looked like they were gonna run over each other!

remember in the movie "a christmas story" where ralphie and his little brother are in such a hurry to get up the stairs on christmas eve so santa doesnt pass by their house? they are running over each other in their mad scramble to get up the stairs. that is what i thought of when i saw that. i know, chick moment. :hihi:
