why because they circle these games EVERY season? i don't let usl fans bother me until i see them sporting :lsup: gear.... THEN all hell breaks loose.
Agreed. We had chances to advance the runners into scoring position a few times last night and did not take advantage of it. Even Mainieri stated it in his post game interview. Ended up costing us the game since we lost only by a run. ULL played small ball well and took advantage of our mistakes...smart baseball. From where we were sitting, the calls by the home plate umpire were horrible to say the least...I have never seen a strike zone that high and outside in my life. But...that did not cost us the game.
Apparently there are still a few kinks to work out with the Rally Tiger. new rule: We will not discuss the Rally Tiger's effectiveness (kinda like you don't talk about a no-hitter while it's happening). She will just show up late in ballgames (7th inning or later) to lend a helping hand when the boys need a little pick me up.
The first rule of Rally Tiger is you do not talk about Rally Tiger... Intentional or not, she'll also give the boys around here a little pick me up.
