    Wow! 17 Ks for the LSU pitchers. Those kinds of performances are what we want. Now let's hope the Tigers bats wake up for the rest of the year!

    Ranaudo is a beast. 15 K's, one short of the LSU record in SEC play by Kurt Ainsworth. Before today, Ranaudo was #1 in the SEC in K's, #1 in the SEC in opposing batting avg, and #2 in the SEC in ERA (behind only Coleman). He was also the only underclassmen in the top 5 of the entire NCAA with the most K's per nine innings. And that was all before today.
