But first I will throw a little something at you. At the moment, I believe I have this right because we are currently sitting at 4-0 and a top 5 ranking. Many others out there right now would give a nut to be in this position (Cal, USC, Oklahoma, Oklahoma St, FSU, BYU, Miami, etc). So now I will pump a little sunshine up your arse. Facts... LSU travels across the country for the first time in decades to beat a team that took out the number 3 team in the country and hasnt lost a game since. LSU goes to TS and holds two patsies to 12 points (uhhh, the horror). One of those teams has proven to be better than in the past by beating Kansas St and the other is apparently an SEC team. LSU goes on the road to Miss St (an SEC team BTW) on a sloppy field with travel issues. It is a noon game which LSU typically plays sloppy (even in championship seasons) against a team that is known to give power house programs a game once or twice a year. A ST mistake gave them the ball on the one yard line for one of the TDs along with the gimme safety at the end of the game. Not pretty, but an SEC road win at noon. Lets look a little closer...statistically, Jefferson has improved every game up until this point. His 233 yards through the air is his best game of his short Tiger career. Crowton has slowly started to open the play book and put the ball in the air more each game. While our running game has been poor at best to this point...teams will have to start respecting the pass more as the year rolls on. I have little doubt that Shepherd will be used more in the run game as the year rolls on and do not deny that the OL has some issues. oh btw...the GT game last year shows this team can turn it on at anytime. soooo...not saying this team wont loss 5-6 games this season...but until that happens, try keeping your crap confined to one space so the rest of us can move on and enjoy the Georgia game week. When the time comes...you will have your chance to pump your negativity up our arse...and I fully expect it. :dis:
