It's this weekend in downtown New Iberia. Anybody going? I went last year and will be there this year. It's a great time and some wonderful gumbo to eat.
I'll be Super 1 Food's tent. They been competing for like 10 yrs. Definately a bunch of people and lots of good food.

Man I would love to go to that. I'd love to compete in it, but am pretty sure I would get my a$$ kicked. Bet I'd learn a lot though!
I would love to enter and make my seafood gumbo. I have never entered a cooking contest but my gumbo is better than I have ever had in any restaurant I have ever eaten at.
How do they have this thing on the weekend of LSU Florida. I"d really like to go but I guess it's not to be.
