Keep in mind the most recent Top 5:

    OU - 1.68
    USC - 6.27
    OSU - 7.73
    LSU - 13.17
    Texas - 17.05

Can LSU get into single digits?

No way we get to single digits. Computer ranking will only improve like 1-2 points and SOS will still be close to what it was last week.

go to our friend Trev Albert's chat wrap on ESPN today. he rips the computer system that is running the BCS.

Old Trev is finally coming around I think

Unlike all the media, I still have USC # 2 by a small margin...

    OU-1.69
    USC-7.42
    OSU-7.47
    LSU-11.2
    Texas-16.9
    Georgia-17.4
    Mich-18.7
    TCU-19.4
    Tenn-19.4

For whatever that's worth...cause it doesnt really matter anyway...only beating Ole Miss this week...

LSU's total will probably go down a few hundreths of a point this week.

I think after this week we won't go down again without a loss. Our strength of schedule will shoot up in each week with playing Ole Miss and Arkansas and, hopefully, the SECCG.

I believe our computer poll numbers went down and our SOS should stay about the same so I dont see why we would lose ground.

I tell you what really hurts y'all's BCS status:
    1. Losing to Fla. on your homefield.
    2. Playing Western Illinois. What's that all about?
    3. Drinking sub-par daquieries.
    4. Scheduling Catholic High Schools like Rummel and De La Salle.

Look, I know you guys will beat us (UM), but you won't be UGA twice in the same season. Just won't happen, so the Outback Bowl will be your January 1 destination. Have fun with that 9 a.m. kickoff!
