:geauxtige i dont think there is another school in america were a coach can win 10 reg season games play a conf champ and go to a bowl and be bashed like what is going on here some people need to get a perspective of what is going on. we are competing on a national level just like what we did with saban execpt if we win the bowl game it will be better than every one of sabans yrs except one.:geauxtige
Yes there is. Texas, Nebraska, OU, (They are worse then us) Alabama How many times before this year are hte Longhorns calling for Mack Browns head, he wins 10 every year, but always lost to OU, You think Bama or Auburn would keep their coach if they lost to their rival every year, regardless of 10 wins. Football fans are football fans, and we are no different. Fact is the bar has been raised, I remember how crazy happy we were when we made the Peach Bowl several years ago. Times have changed, I think some people are dissapointed not because LSU is 10-2 I think some people have some frustrations because they believe the team just is not diciplined and sometimes look unprepared. But that is debated to death. But dont kid yourself, we are NO different then other schools, heck Nebraska fired their coach after a 9 win season. Its common with fans, thats why we are fans, we overreact, and expect to blow out every team. People dont realize on the other side of the ball there are just as talented players and fans no different then us jumping up and down upset about not scoring on every play. Its why Football is a talking sport with so much passion. But when its all said and done, we all wake up on a Sunday, put on our LSU hat, our National Championship t-shirt, check our cell phone with the LSU wallpaper, jump in our car with the LSU lic. plate to get our little daughter in the LSU cheerleading outfit some breakfast, and boot up our computer to the LSU fightsong to see what the latest LSU news is. Its what makes football so great.
look at what happened to nebraska after they fired their coach after a 9 win season, now they are doing terrible
How many times has Mike Shula beat Auburn? He hasn't beat Auburn yet in the 3 years he's been there. Tubby owns Bama.
I totally agree with that. My problem is with the ones who just cannot let it go and continually post about how badly this team played, was coached, etc. Vent on Saturday and Sunday for a while and move on. Geez.
