1. Against a mid tier team? I don't care if it is on the road in the SEC. If that's all you can do against a bad SEC opponent, you don't stand a chance for a title. You're the #2 ranked team in the country, for crying out loud!! Act like it!!!

  4. I also remember this game last year, it happens. I don't think you win ugly or lose pretty...you either win or you lose...I'm just glad we won, hopefully it's our wake up call, time to play big boy football.

  7. You can go back since Miles got to LSU and see that we almost NEVER have a good game in our SEC opener. The only exception is 2007, when we beat MSU 45-0. Other than that, we've had close games or losses. Even the 23-9 victory against Vandy in 2009 was a very close game. I believe it was 16-9 at the beginning of the 4th qtr. Vandy went something like 2-10 that year.
  8. Man you make me miss ol ClaraDawg. That was the last we saw of her...or it.

  9. Yeah, that game was closer than the scored appeared, too. I was at the 2009 Vandy game in the rain. Murphy blew out his knee, and JJ sucked.
  10. This game was alot like the Mississippi State game of last season. Remember that game was our first SEC road game, and the score was 9-6 late in the 4th. Our offense is predictable and it has been proven time and time again that it doesn't matter who is at quarterback, if the opposing defense shows up, we are going to be in for a dog fight, our defense won us another game saturday.
