First and foremost, I am not being a pessimist, and I truly, fully expect LSU to win the game, but in the event that we don't, let's please, not call for Miles' head, or complain about who our starting QB should be. Even with a loss on this game, we would still be in better shape than 105 or so D1 programs. b. I've been at practice most the week, and these guys are ready to go. We will be ready to play, and will battle from whistle 1 to the last whistle. The preparation has been solid, and I expect the same can be said on Auburn's side. This truly is a battle of the 2 best SEC programs right now. c. The world will be introduced to the new JaMarcus Russell. As a freshman, he was one of the most lost guys on the field at all times. Now he is the smartest, most knowledgeable player on the field at all times. d. Kenny Irons is a treat to watch. I hope we make him look silly, but he is quite the back e. LSU's defensive streak is unreal, and is the best such streak I have ever seen. If we can go 4 more quarters with it in tact, it has to be considered one of the best defensive stretches in history. A lot of this is all obvious stuff you all already knew, but it is 1:00 a.m., and I can't sleep... Here's to football! Me too, I'm out till 6 am. My alarm clock is set for 2:15 pm. I can't recall the last time I was awake at 1 am and was not working:sob: Welcome to the board. I'm usually nervous for big games also but I feel unusually good about this one.

its 2:45 and i cant sleep i havent posted in a while cause i play at MGCCC the #3 junior college in the nation and i need LSU to win badly for 2 reasons my team lost to prcc the #1 junior college in the nation thursday and because i have more money than i own on the game tom. I have LSU by 10 and i think we have it obviously otherwise i wouldnt bet on it but i have chased my tail and its waitin just want to see whats goin on on the thread
