2011 DE Jarquez Samuel
  1. 3* DE out of GA has LSU as his leader and looks like a decent backup plan for DE if Rasco or other targets head elsewhere. Also teammates with 2 other prospects holding offers from LSU in LB Justin Williams and WR Malcolm Mitchell.

    Not sure if he has committable offer at this time but leaning to no given I believe all 3 missed our camp this month and I only see us taking one DE in this class but 2 is not out of the question.

    Holds offers from Lousiville WV, ECU, etc...

  5. He may have one but most prospects think they do. I know Chavis noticed him at practice and that he was good enough for the SEC.

    I just don't see the staff pushing for a commit from him right now IMO especially when the staff didn't get to see him at camp. A need could develop though.
