1. After next week IF we can pull the win, we will move up at least one more, as #2 Miami and #3 Va Tech play each other.

    #1 OU plays at Colorado.

#4 Southern Cal plays at Washington, so that could go either way.

    #5 UGA plays UAB.

#6 Washington State plays #21 Oregon St, which will be another toss-up.

    #7 FSU plays Wake Forest

#8 Ohio State plays at Indiana.

Should we lose to Auburn, it will be very tough to win the SEC West. Auburn would be 5-0 in the SEC with remaining games against Ole Miss, UGA, and Bama.

Ole Miss is 3-0 in SEC play with remaining games at Auburn and MSU and hosting games with Arkansas, South Carolina, and LSU.

Arkansas is 1-2 in the SEC, but still is alive.
  2. So basically it's do or die against Auburn. If they beat us, they would have to lose their remaining three SEC games and we would have to win our remaining 3 SEC games (MSU, Bama, and Ark) to win the SECW.

Just as we thought at the beginning of the year, this game will determine most likely who the SEC West Champ is.
  3. i think the Miami Virginia Tech game is November 1st.
  4. it is nov. 1
  5. I should always include this disclaimer "there is at least one error in this post" in my posts. Thanks.
  6. Yeah, if AU beats us we are pretty much toast for the SECC. We would have to win out and hope for some SERIOUS moon alignment.

Au would have to lose their remaining three games against Ole Mrs, Ugaly, and Bummer. Fat chance. With our luck, they will lose to OM, UGA, and then beat Bummer by 1 in OT. I hate depending on the Iron bowl! :)

And after Ole Missy beat AU, they would need to lose one against MSU, Arky, or USC. That could happen, but maybe not... Those 3 all looked pretty weak this week. I can't believe that I am saying this, but we may have to watch out for Old Piss!!! Nah. They will drop at least 3 SEC games.
  7. Next week will be a great game between two teams hitting their stride.
  8. I seriously doubt the Miami-Va Tech loser would fall below #9.
