Bad break for these three who could all use the exposure.
Nice to see JV get invited. He really struggled on the field his last 3 years but his out-look on the game and team never wavered. Also nice to see Daniel Francis get a chance to show more. Primarily a special teams player with us for his career that got to play more defense this season with the injury to Jessie Daniels and in the Sugar Bowl when Daniels had to sit out. I can see Francis perhaps being a CFL special teamer type.
That senior bowl is loaded. I rememeber Devery having a great game there a couple years ago, helped his draft stock, hopefully the same happens to those 4.
If you are bored on the weekend of the Senior bowl, go down to Mobile for this event. All the NFL a listers are there and you will have the opportunity to see some great football talent on one field. I usually go most years.
Figures the AA game would begin with an interview for the next over-rated ND QB, Jimmy Clausen. Sheesh! Does the media EVER learn?! :dis:
How sad is that when a memeber of the AA Game (OL Chris Little) says he made his decision to go to FSU but had tried calling the coaching staff to tell them but he "could never get in touch with them to tell 'em." ?!?!?! Good job, Bowden. Way to stay on top of things.
