Does LSU have any alumni that are in the coaching field doing a decent job somewhere. Seems to me that an Alum with ties to the school tend to stay longer if they coach where they graduated.

This is appealing but be careful what you wish for there. Look at how Bama has struggled with trying to keep family types in the head coaching position. We need to hire the best guy out there for LSU. If he happens to have LSU ties, great, but I wouldnt make that mandatory.

    Terry Robiske.

Oh yeah, almost forgot Nelson Stokley.

Alan Risher was an arena coach, I think.

    Pretty slim pickings, I'd say...LOL.

Steve Ensminger has been the offensive coordinator here and there including Texas A&M and Clemson. He's currently the quarterbacks coach at Auburn.

And isn't Lynn Amedee still kicking around somewhere?

Just a slight correction. He is the Tight Ends coach at Auburn. He was the QB coach last year but was demoted along with Nall after we brought in Borges to be offensive coordinator/QB coach.
