South Carolina is at it again. 2nd string QB Garcia arrested around same area that starting QB Blake Mitchell was arrested last year. Charged with drunkenness and failure to stop for a police officer. Garcia ran away from the officer and tried to hide in an alley, according to the incident report. When the officer caught up with him, he turned toward the officer "in a threatening manner." The report says the officer "immediately engaged his baton" but did not use it. The report also says Garcia was trying to zip up his pants and fix his belt. The officer smelled alcohol and said the subject was unsteady on his feet. I'm so used to the misdeeds of Univ of Southern California that when I first read this thread title, I automatically assumed we were talking about another Univ Southern California player instead of South Carolina.
